What you buy

One listing for one property on Moving2 for €19.90, tax included. It runs for three calendar months from the moment it first goes live (Amsterdam time; if the end day doesn't exist, it ends on the last day of that month). One payment, no automatic renewal. You can edit the listing during the term. Pausing hides the advert but does not stop or extend the term. The listing is shown on Moving2 only; it is not sent to other portals.

Review

Some listings are checked before they go live. You're only asked to pay once a listing is approved. Paying is not proof that you're allowed to advertise the home; you declare that yourself.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a purchase within 14 days of paying and get a full refund, whether or not the listing has gone live. Use Cancel a purchase. If we don't accept your listing, you're refunded in full automatically. After 14 days, contact us and we'll look at your request. Hiding or pausing an advert is not a cancellation.

Payments and tax

Payments are handled by our payment provider; card details never reach Moving2. Tax is calculated at checkout and included in the price. Your bank statement may show the provider's name before ours.

Privacy and support

We keep the exact address and contact details you give us to run the listing. Purchase records are kept as long as the law requires, even if you delete a listing. For help, contact us.
