Questions

Is this price per agency or per agent?

Per agency. €199 per month covers your whole team — owners, managers and agents — with no per-seat charge.

Do my clients pay to access their workspace?

No. Clients you invite use their workspace for free. They sign in with their own Moving2 account.

Can my team collaborate?

Yes. You invite team members by email and assign them owner, manager or agent roles. Cases can be assigned and reassigned between agents.

What can customers see?

Customers see the properties, messages, appointments, documents and agreed next steps shared with them. Internal agent notes and your other clients' workspaces are never visible to them.

Can I connect my existing listing system?

Realworks and Pocket integrations are in preparation and not yet connected. Today you publish listings directly in Moving2 — unlimited while your subscription is active.

What happens if I cancel?

You can cancel any time in billing settings. Your plan keeps working until the end of the paid period. After that, new agency-plan publication stops and subscription-only listings come down; any independently paid listings keep their purchased duration, and your customer records stay readable.

Which AI features are included?

AI drafting for listing descriptions and client summaries is included for your team, always as a draft your people review. Heavy image generation (such as room visualisations) draws on a separate monthly AI budget and is not unlimited.
