Listing policy

What you can list

One real home per listing, to rent or sell, in Amsterdam or Amstelveen, that you own or are authorised to advertise. Prices, photos and details must be accurate and your own or licensed.

Not allowed

Misleading prices or photos, homes you can’t let or sell, discriminatory requirements, key money or other illegal fees, and duplicate listings.

Review

Some listings are reviewed before payment or publication. We may ask for changes. If we can’t accept a paid listing, you get a full refund automatically.

Removal

We may remove listings that break this policy. Paying for a listing doesn’t prove you are entitled to advertise the home.
