Questions

Is browsing free?

Yes. Searching homes, the map and the neighbourhood context are free, and you don’t need an account to browse.

What does €19.90 include?

One home listed on Moving2 for 3 months: a photo gallery, property details you can edit, and the contact method you choose. Price includes applicable VAT.

When do the three months start?

When your listing first goes live — not when you pay. Pausing or editing doesn’t restart or extend the term.

Does it renew automatically?

No. It’s a one-time payment. When the term ends the listing stops showing, and you can choose to renew it.

Can I edit or remove my listing?

Yes. In My listings you can edit details and photos, pause or remove the listing at any time. Removing it doesn’t refund the remaining time.

Does it appear on other portals?

No. Your listing is published on Moving2 only.

What happens if my listing cannot be published?

Some listings are reviewed before they go live. If we can’t accept yours, you get a full refund automatically.

How do I cancel my purchase?

If your paid listing never went live, you can cancel for a full refund within 14 days on the purchase cancellation page. Once it has been live, contact support and we’ll look at it case by case.

Full details are in the listing terms and the listing policy.
